Return & Refund Policy

Tenren customers have a legal right to return the goods and obtain a refund if the product is found faulty or there exists a mismatch between the product and its description. To obtain a refund, the product should be returned within 30 days after the ordered shipment received.

Tenren will grant a refund if the product:

•  is defective without fault of the buyer;
•  is not for the purpose as stated; or
•  does not match the description.

The customer will bare the return shipping cost to our Chatswood shop address.

Returned items must be in brand new condition with complete packaging, including all products, accessories, packaging, and the invoice. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
